BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Main Street distant 190.06 feet, more or less, southerly as measured along
the easterly side of Main Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Main Street and the
southerly side of East Front Street;
THENCE North 82 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East along land now or formerly of Robert White, 82.50 feet to land
now or formerly of Greenport Yacht and Ship Building Co.;
THENCE South 07 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds East along last mentioned land, 25.34 feet to land now or formerly of
St. Preston and Son Inc.;
THENCE South 82 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds West along last mentioned land, 82.50 feet to the easterly side of Main
