and James B.Manos,as Co-Successor Trustees under the Stella Manos Revocable Trust dated

that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the

2. Deed from James Manos and Charles Manos, as Co-Trustees of the Stella Manos
Revocable Trust Agreement dated 8/1/02, as restated 12/14/12, dated 1/16/14, and recorded in the
Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on 5/30/14 in Liber 12775 page 891.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
