party of the second part is the surviving trust of a merger between the two trusts constituting the party of the first
part and the party of the second part,respectively,with the result that,upon the recording of this deed,title to the
subject premises will be held in the name of the party of the second part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
