WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,without consideration paid by the party of the second part,does
hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and

bounded and described on Schedule A hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Jerry H.Shustek and Margery Scott Johnson,
as Trustees of The Mary Denny Wray 1996 Trust u/a dated March 28,1996,by deed recorded in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on May 13,1996 in Liber 11773 at page 722,Hunter Holmes McGuire III being the Successor
Trustee of said Trust,said original Trustees having resigned.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby

another monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation

RUNNING THENCE South 43° 21' 00" East, 121.57 feet to a point;
THENCE South 42° 02' 40" East, 183.00 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE North 45° 15' 00"East,276.10 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of a private

left having a radius of 210.34 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South

THENCE northwesterly, westerly and southwesterly following the arc of said curve and
