I Mr. Mark E. Oamer testify that, at the time of purchace'
the White Blossom House formerly estate of Annette Kohl was,
has, and is a multi family residence consisting of four
apartments. These are separated into three 2 bedroom and
one 1 bedroom apartments, each with livingroom and bathroom
and kitchen.

also known as Annette H. Kohl, deceased, the applicant for a pre-
existing Certificate of Occupancy; that deponent knows of his
own knowledge that the dwelling house on said premises was con-
structed and occupied long prior to 1957; and that no changes
have been made subsequent to the enactment of the zoning ordinanc
that attached hereto is a survey of said premises, that at the ti
of the death of Annette Kohl, said premises were occupied as a on
family residence.
