road known as Dogwood Lane 126.42 feet northeasterly along said line from
the northeasterly line of Kenney's Road, said point being the Northerly corner
of land of Lucy M. Alevras;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly line of said private road known as
Dogwood Lane, North 27012120" East 106.86-feet;
/ THENCE along other land of the said Lucy M. Alevras and Margery D. Burns,
South 42"10'20" East 106.85 feet to land of Frank Kull;
J THENCE along said land of Frank Kull, South 27012120" West 106.85 feet to
land of Margery D. Burns;

TOGLTHER with a right of way over said private road known as Dogwood Lane,
25 feet in width, from the northerly corner of the premises southwesterly
to said Kenney's Road.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part herein by deed dated June 11, 1986, and recorded in the Suffolk County's
Clerk's Office on June 23, 1986, in Liber 10065, at Page 09.
SAID PREMISES BEING KNOWN AS 160 Dogwood Lane, Southhold, New York.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
I and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
v'1 HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
1 whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideratipn for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the costa

any other purpose.
