S~epherd Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate o£ Occupancy I made an inspection of the buildings at this location. I was admitted to dwelling by Mr. Shepherd an began this inspection at approximately 10:40 A.M. 1he dwelling is a two story~ wood framed structure constructed on a rubble stone and masonry foundation. The first floor contains a kitchen~ pantry~ sitting room~ living room~ dining room and front entry hallway. Second floor contains three bedrooms~ full bathroom~ and rear hallway with a secondary stairway leading to kitchen. Heat is ~'urnished to all rooms on first and second floor from a gas fired warm air furnace located in full cellar except second floor bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is heated with a wood and coal burning cooking stove. There are two wood framed accesory structures in rear yard area and wood framed privy now being used for storage. ~he following violations of the Housing Code~ Chapter [2~ Code of the Town of Southold~ N.Y. were found: Entry: rear to kitchen~ no means of controlling light in room at point of entry. Article V~ Section [2-%6 B.2. Stairway: from front entry hall to second floor~ no means of controlling light for safe ascent or descent. Article II~ Section [2-26 B.3. bathroom: no ~.oisture-resistant floor covering provided. Article II~ Section [2-26 A.4. ~ater SuDDlY: no provisions for supplying hotwater to plumbing fixtures within dwelling. Article IV~ Section ~2-[1D.1. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. Accurate survey.of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3'.
