STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- sary HARDSHIP because with right of ways along the west and north sides of our property, and the creek on the south, our lot really has no functional rear' yard ~n which to locate an accessory structure. Our house zs very close to the easn line and we would certainly not want ao locate a shed on the creek side or on the north of our house where we have a nice yard. While the west side of the house is a technical front yard, it is functionally the only suitable place for a shed and it is in the least obtrusive posznzon relative to the neighbors. 2. The hardship created is.UNIQUE and is not shared by ali properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this use district because the creek frontage and r±ght of ways practically surround .the properny. 3 The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the shed is small, covered with siding and trzm matching the house.
