Tax Roil: Edward Kamps Occupied, John and Gloria Madsen Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy for the two and partial one story dwelling on this property, I made an inspection starting at approximately 1:30 P.M. I was admitted to building by Mrs. Madsen who accompanied me during this inspection. The building, a wood framed structure, is constructed on a brick masonry foundation. The first floor consists of a kitchen, utility room, half bathroom, dining room, living room, entrance hall, and a bedroom. Second floor has seven bedrooms and a full bathroom. Access to attic used for storage is folding stair unit in hallway ceiling. Heat is furnished to all rooms from an oil fired hot water furnace located in full cellar. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Town of Southold, were found: Half Bathroom - no moisture resistant floor covering. Art. II, Sec. 52-26 4. Dining Room - entrance, no means of controlling light in room at point of entry. Article V, Sec. 52-56 B.2. Living Room - Lamp cord outlet on baseboard. Article V, Sec. 52-56 A.1. Bedroom - east side, not in use, loose plaster on ceiling. Art. III, Sec. 52-32 C. Attic - southeast corner open electrical junction box on second floor ceiling joist. Art. V, Sec. 52-56 A.1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal--(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Eloard of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Eloard approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. El. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non-conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey.of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3.
