WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,_piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southol d, County of Suffol k and State of New York, known
and designated as Lot No. 17 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Corey Creek
Estates at Bayview", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on August 15, 1967 as Map No. 4923, which said lot is more particularly bounded
and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Corey Creek Lane distant 110.0
feet Southerly from the extreme Southerly end of a curve connecting the South-
easterly side of Corey Creek Lane with the Southerly side of Main Bayview Road,
said point also being where the division line between lots 16 and 17 as shown on
said map intersects the Southeasterly side of Corey Creek Lane;
RUNNING thence along said division line South 65 degrees, 47 feet, 40 inches
East 233.30 feet;
RUNNING thence South 8 degrees, 05 feet, 30 inches East 60.02 feet;
RUNNING thence North 80 degrees, 52 feet, 00 inches West 261.68 feet to the South-
easterly side of Corey Creek Lane;
` l RUNNING thence along the Southeasterly side of Corey Creek Lane along an arc of a
' Y' dt curve bearing to the right having a radius of 370.00 feet a distance of 120.00
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
TAX MAP herein by Deed dated March 31 , 1982 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
DESIGNATION County of Suffolk on April 13, 1982 in Liber 9167, Page 128.
Dut. 1000 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
S«. 078.00 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
