KAELIN, residing at (No Alvah's Lane, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, New York, being duly sworn, deposes and says: I am the owner of premises, located on the s/s of Main Road, Cutchogue, New York, Suffolk County Tax Map #1000- 102.00-06.00-006.000, as shown on the enclosed survey. I purchased this property from RUSSEL A. BROWN and wife in two parcels, one on April 11, 1952, Liber 3341, Page 163 and one on November 2, 1953, Liber 3608, Page 568. Deponent further says at the time of the purchase of the premises, the building was fully erected and had been built some years prior to that time; that it contained two (2) separate offices on the main floor and an apartment on the second floor; that the offices and apartment have been in use as such since deponent's acquisition and are now in such use. To my knowledge, there have been no changes or alterations made to the buildings that would require a Building Permit or Certificate of Occupancy, since 1957.
