Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department,
I made inspection of this one story framed dwelling and
found the following violations of Local Law #1, Housing
Code of the Town of Southold. I picked up key from office
of Silkworth Inc., Realtors, Mattituck, New York, and began
inspection at approximately 2:40 p.m.
Entrance: Southeast - ceiling fixture, electric box
not securely fastened - Section 528b. No electrical
switch at entry to control light in room - Section 529b.
Kitchen: Ceiling fixture wired w th lamp cord, lamp
cord switch broken - Section 528~Q.~,
Living Room: Lamp cord outlet mounted on right side of
fire place mantel - Section 528a.
Bedroom: North end of building - 6' 3 1/4" x 9' 1" -
does not meet size requirements for habitable space -
Section 206a.
Bedroom: South end of building - three broken window
panes - Section 302b.
Half Bath: No shower or tub, inadequate plumbing

Cellar: Contains full bathroom, headroom only 6',
cannot credit, does not meet requirements floor area

Wood floor on west side of room rotting away - Section

Exterior: Open foundation under south side of building -
Sectio 302a.
Accessor buildin s: Toilet room hooked up to sewer
system. Garage 2 car) locked, unaMle to make interior
inspection.
Inspection completed at approximately 3:20 p.m., and key
returned to Silkworth Agency.
