Tax Roll: Rae Johnson Unoccupied, seasonal Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department, I made inspection of this one story framed dwelling and found the following violations of Local Law #1, Housing Code of the Town of Southold. I picked up key from office of Silkworth Inc., Realtors, Mattituck, New York, and began inspection at approximately 2:40 p.m. Entrance: Southeast - ceiling fixture, electric box not securely fastened - Section 528b. No electrical switch at entry to control light in room - Section 529b. Kitchen: Ceiling fixture wired w th lamp cord, lamp cord switch broken - Section 528~Q.~, Living Room: Lamp cord outlet mounted on right side of fire place mantel - Section 528a. Bedroom: North end of building - 6' 3 1/4" x 9' 1" - does not meet size requirements for habitable space - Section 206a. Bedroom: South end of building - three broken window panes - Section 302b. Half Bath: No shower or tub, inadequate plumbing face- lr t es - Section 505b. Cellar: Contains full bathroom, headroom only 6', cannot credit, does not meet requirements floor area livable, Building Zone Ordinance, Article I, Section 101. Wood floor on west side of room rotting away - Section 301a. No moisture resistant flooring - Section 214d. Exterior: Open foundation under south side of building - Sectio 302a. Accessor buildin s: Toilet room hooked up to sewer system. Garage 2 car) locked, unaMle to make interior inspection. Inspection completed at approximately 3:20 p.m., and key returned to Silkworth Agency.
