That I submit this affidavit in support of my application to the Town of Southold for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy. That said structures are shown on a survey by Roderick Van Tuyl dated December 12, 1979. That the only structure which was built after April, 1957 is a deck for which I am making separate application for a building permit and Certificate of Occupancy.
