Deponent is the former owner by virtue of the Last Will and Testament of MARY A. JANNACE and is also the daughter of said MARY A. JANNACE. The house was purchased in 1955 by Vincent Jannace, Jr., husband of Mary A. Jannace. At that time, the house and garage were on the property and it is believed that both were constructed during or prior to the 1950's. No improvements were made thereon since April, 1957. Deponent makes this affidavit to request the Building Department of the Town of Southold to issue a Certifice of Pre -Existing Use for both the residence and the garage.
