JACOBI, being duly sworn depose and say that they are the present owners of 600 Tuckers Lane, Southold, N.Y. having purchased the property in 1980 from Terry K. Jacobi's father, Frederick R. Manweiler. That Mr. Manweiler purchased the property on or about July 15, 1964. Your deponents were married at approximately the same time and from the date of their marriage until they purchased the property in 1980, from Mr. & Mrs. Manweiler, they occupied the smaller apartment at the premises while Mr. & Mrs. Manweiler occupied the larger apartment. In 1980 when your deponents purchased the property, the parties switched apartments and your deponents then moved into the larger apartment and Mr. & Mrs. Manweiler moved into the smaller apartment. Prior to ownership by Mr. & Mrs. Manweiler, the property was owned by Mr. Whitlock and was so owned by him and used as a two family house for a number of years. To your deponents' knowledge the premises has always been used as a two family dwelling and has been continually used as a two family dwelling. The property is in good condition and conforms to all the requirements of a two family dwelling. Your deponents do not consent to an inspection of the premises. I am also enclosing a copy of the survey dated July 15, 1964.
