Form ZB] (Continue on other side) REASON FOR APPEAL Continued 1, STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces- soryHARDSHIP because applicant is attempting to carry out division and distribution of Louise Wilson's estate as set forth in her Will dated November 19, 1969, a copy of which is attached. The proposed division met the Town's zoning requirements at the time the'W$1t. Was executed. 2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property end in this use district because the application is made to comply with Louise Wilson's Last Will & Testament. 3. The Variance woutd observe Che spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because the property is bordered on the West by a Shopping Center and on the North by the Long I~land Railroad, neither of wh±ch will be affected by the proposed division.
