WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being WhOk at Peconic, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, and- more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
PEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the Northerly side
of Main Road (New York State Route 25) and the Westerly side of
Peconic Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the Northerly side of Main Road South 480 39 '
30" West 184. 45 feet to a monument in the Southeasterly corner of
land of the Peconic Trucking Co. ;
THENCE along lands of Peconic Trucking Co. , the following courses
and distance:
1. North 300 19 ' 30" West 111. 64 feet;
THENCE North 190 40' 30" East 41. 16 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 480 04 ' 00" East 66. 85 feet to a pipe in the Northwesterly
corner of land of Doroski;
THENCE along lands of Doroski, South 31° 27 ' 10" East 90. 80 feet to a
monument and North 490 14' 00" East 83. 90 feet to a monument in the
Westerly side of Peconic Lane;
THENCE along Peconic Lane South 300 00 ' East 40 . 75 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed to the party

the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on September 26 , 1984 in Liber
9647 of conveyances at page 348.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
I the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
