Members Present:
Elizabeth Thompson,Chairperson;Ron McGreevy; Patricia Butler; Brian Cummings,Town
Planner;and Elizabeth Cantrell,Secretary
The minutes for the May 19,2016 meetings were approved.
Introduction:
All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials samples and
other information required by the Planning Departntent to the Committee. The Committee will
ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion with each applicant. Final
recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the Planning Board in the ARC Meeting
Minutes,and be made part of the Planning file for that application. The Planning Board will
consider these recommendations, together with all comments from other agencies, and provide
the applicant with a comprehensive written list of its requested revisions.
New Site Plan:
• EAST END TICK &MOSQUITO PEST CONTROL SCTM# 1000-97-3-2
Michael Kimack on behalf of the applicant presented this application for a proposed conversion
of an existing building to a single family dwelling with attached business office with four (4)
parking stalls on.25 acres in the Limited Business (LB) Zoning District.
The Committee reviewed the application and is recommending the use of red oak trees for the
two (2) proposed shade trees. The Committee approves the use of a natural cedar siding for the
building.
The Committee is approving the application submitted today with the recommendations noted
above.

Amended Site Plan Application:
• FISHERS ISLAND CLUB ADDITIONS SCTM#1000-4-6-9
Lisa Poyer of Interscience presented the Site Plan for a proposed addition of 10,471sq.ft. to
expand the existing use areas within the club house an increase the existing 14,270sq.ft. Fishers
Island Community club to 24,741sq.ft.,including the addition of 28 parking stalls and a new
sanitary system on 12.3. acres in the R-120 Zoning District, Fishers Island.
The Committee reviewed the application and is approving it as submitted today.
