BOX 728 TOWN HALL SOUTHOLD, N.Y. 11971 June 14, 1983 On June 9, 1983, I met with Mr. & Mrs. Richard A. Howard at their premises to review the buildings as shown on the survey for R. & S. Parson by Chandler, Palmer & King, dated May 16, 1983. The building "cottage" is a accessory building to the main structure. Mr. Howard showed it to me. Once it was used as a Barber Shop, but over the past two years it has been a storage -tool type accessory building. The shed is also an accessory storage building. The building to the west of the dwelling, which once was attached to the dwelling, is now detached and it is an accessory use building for storage, etc. The dwelling once had a rear apartment. That apart- ment's kitchen area is now their laundry room with no cooking facilities. Mr. Howard informed me that it has been that way for over two years and the dwelling is used only as a one -family dwelling. The lower level, street level, once had been used as a store type use. That also has not been Cased as such for over two years. These premises has a one -family dwelling and three (3) accessory buildings, built prior to zoning. The south east corner area of the premises is in the B-1 Zoned Business District, and the rest is in the A Zoned Residential Dis- trict. This parcel is identified as Section 9, Block 4, Lot 2 and located on the corner of Equestrian Avenue and Fox Avenue, Fishers Island, New York. George H.
