Deponent makes this affidavit for RUTH T. HOUSTON, who died a resident of Suffolk County on 5/18/87 and who was the owner of the premises located at New Suffolk on the North side of Jackson Street, New Suffolk, New York, Suffolk County Tax Map #1000-117.00-09.00-008.000, as shown on the enclosed survey. The premises, including the residence and the acessory buildings were constructed by Linden Tuthill in either the late 1920s or early 1930s as a residence for his wife Vera E. Tuthill and himself. After his death, the property was conveyed by Vera E. Tuthill to Howard G. & Jennie C. Tuthill, his wife in 1938 and thereafter conveyed by Howard G. Tuthill and wife to Ruth C. Tuthill in 1939. Ruth C. Tuthill, then Ruth C. Houston died on 5/18/87. No additions or improvements were made on the property after it was acquired by Ruth C. Tuthill, later Ruth C. Houston in 1939 that would require a Certificate of Occupancy.
