Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. , 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage disposal -(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installa- tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. That attached hereto and made a part hereof is a certain survey of the above described premises by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, as surveyed June 24, 1957, which shows thereon a one (1) story frame house with porch and detached garage. That upon information and belief, no structural changes to the premises have been made since the date of said survey which would require the issuance of a building permit.
