Southold NY 11971 March 28, 2016 Members of the Board, The C&L Realty owners request permission to relocate the moveable structure from the Courtyard location to a location closer to the waterfront. Our patrons have requested the ability to provide a structure for shade closer to our other waterfront seating area. The location will provide the patrons outside access to view the bird sanctuary and Southold Bay near our waterfront lobby. The structure is approximately an 8' hexagon shape and has been relocated several times since we purchased it in 2006.We will have the ability to anchor it to the ground in the proposed location. We currently have an open Trustees permit for the C&L property. We were unsure if an Administrative decision was possible for this request. We appreciate your time and consideration of the request.
