Tax Roll: occupied: Anthony Turic & wf. owner Upon receipt of an application for a Pre-Existing Certificate of Occupancy I made an inspection of the dwelling on this premises. I picked up key from Russell P. Silleck Agency, Main Road, Cutchogue, N.Y. and began this inspection at approximately 3:20 P.M. This building is a one and one half story wood frame structure constructed on a red brick masonry foundation. First floor has a living room, dining room, full bathroom, kitchen, and utility room that provides passage within building to attached one car garage. Second floor has three bedrooms and a half bathroom. Heat is furnish- ed to rooms on first floor from an oil fired warm air furnace located in partial full cellaroA roofed over open front porch protects front entry to living room. The following violations of the Housing Code, Chapter 52, Code of the Town of Southold, N.Y. were found: ~-to second floor, insufficient head room at top landing II, Section 52-27 A. Interior-second floor, north west bedroom missing, loose and crac-~plaster on north wall. Article II, Section 52-32 C. Structual-exterior wall of utility room, cement wall constructed against siding, shingles broken sway at several areas, sill of building has termite destruction. Article III, Section 52-30 A.B.C. Section 52-31 B. ~n-Fresh air vent for house trap terminates through foundation to exterior grade, is subject to blockage. Article V, Section 52-51 C.8. Exterior-shingles and siding missing on front gable end on each s~-~-~--~-box for eaves. Article III, Section 52-31B.
