Dear Mr. Fish:
The hot water heater at the premises is gas fired. Pursuant to
your request, I have enclosed a copy of Ms. Sumner's guaranteed
inspection from Kane and John Hallman's water test which indicates
that all values are within NY and federal standards for potable
water. In addition, I have included two pages from Ms. Sumner's
engineer report regarding the foundation and water damage to wood
flooring on the first floor.
Finally, I have contacted Van Tuyl's concerning an amendment to the
survey to delete apartment reference and instead, show a one and
one-half story garage with storage space.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact
me.
