In addition, I have included two pages from Ms. Sumner's engineer report regarding the foundation and water damage to wood flooring on the first floor. Finally, I have contacted Van Tuyl's concerning an amendment to the survey to delete apartment reference and instead, show a one and one-half story garage with storage space.
