ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Mattituck,Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Bungalow Lane situate 248 %feet more or less easterly from land
now or formerly of Frank A. Doyle as measured along the said northerly side of Bungalow Lane; running
thence easterly along the said northerly side of Bungalow Lane 100 feet; thence along other land of parties of
the first part north 49 deg. 15' east 320 feet more or less to the highwater mark of Deep Hole Creek, this
course being parallel to the westerly line of land now or formerly of Frank A. Doyle above referred to; thence
westerly along the highwater mark of Deep Hole Creek to a point formed by the intersectionof said highwater
mark of Deep Hole Creek and the prolongation•in-a northeasterly direction of a line parallel to the second
