The parties, their respective successors or assigns, shall share equally in the cost of repair, maintenance and replacement and snow removal of the common driveway. 3. The parties shall maintain appropriate insurance and agree to each indemnify the other for the acts of their respective agents, contractors, occupants, or guests. 4.
