Variance to Redivide Merged Property
Dear Mrs. Code:
The following action was taken by the Board of Zoning
Appeals at its Regular Meeting held October 27, 1983 con-
cerning your recent variance application:
RESOLVED, that Appeal No. 3183, application of MARY N.
CODE, be held temporarily in abeyance pending receipt of
the following:
(1) Review and comments or approval from the Southold
Town Planning Board concerning this proposed division, and
(2) Review and action by the N.Y.S. Department of
Environmental Conservation concerning this proposed divi-
sion and construction of new residence, pursuant to
Section 661.5(b) [57] of the Tidal Wetlands Land Use
Regulations.
Upon receipt of the above, your variance application
will be complete and will be considered for public hearing
at the earliest possible date and publication in both the
Suffolk Times and L.I. Traveler-Watchman.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to
