This Deed, made March 22, 2016, between Gabrielle M. Weglein, Esq., 1
Tulip Avenue, Hampton Bays, NY 11946, Referee, in the foreclosure action
herinaftermentioned, party of the first part and MIT International
Commercial Lending LLC, 450 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10163, party of
the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, being the Referee
appointed in an action between OneWest Bank FSB, plaintiff, and Dorothy
Huber defendants, foreclosing a mortgage(s) recorded in the SUFFOLK
County Clerk's Office in Book 19297 of Mortgages at Page 236, on the 6th
day of February, 1998, and in pursuance of a Judgment entered at a Special
Term of the Supreme Court under Index Number 060795/2014, on the 25th day
of September, 2015, and in consideration of the sum of $187,000.00 DOLLARS
paid by the party of the second part, being the highest sum bid at the
sale under such Judgment, does hereby grant and convey unto the party of
