RE: 155 Breakwater Road
Mattituck, NY 11952
Dear Trustees:
243-17 Poplar St.
Douglaston, NY 11363
November 24, 2015
On September 15, 20151 sent you a letter together with photographs of the tree I removed
from my property not realizing it was within 100 ft of wetlands. Didn't even know it was on
wetlands. Nor did I understand that I was to have a permit from the Trustees to remove,
replace, or do anything on my property without Trustee permission.
Now that I know and going forward, I am hereby requesting permission to plant the attached
diagram of indigenous plants, shrubs, perennials, and grasses that were landscape designed
by Trimble's of Corchaug Nursery. In addition I am also requesting approval to remove the
remains of the tree I innocently took down. Please know you have permission from me to go
to my property and see where these specimens will be planted.
In the meantime, I hope you will see that I am trying to do the right thing.
Thanking you in advance, I remain,
Enclosures
