Your clients project is located in the Rocky Point Road Surcharge Area. To serve his parcels, a main extension of 1,000 feet is required which will pass thirteen (1'3) existing �ho�me(s).�To extend the water main, the developer must remit the surcharge of$1,640 - fo��each existing home and for each new building'lot, in the project, along the existing � ° roadway. Therefore, your client's cost to extend the water main would be $24;600. Connection fees will also be�required for a lateral water service from the street main to the property•line.
