Van Tuyl, Engineer and Surveyor, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, as Map No. 90 on the 20th day of December, 1927, said lot being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Cedar Beach Road and the westerly side of Paradise Point and from said point or place of beginning; RUNNING THENCE North 76 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds East along the northerly side of Cedar Beqach Road, 100.00 feet; THENCE North 13 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds East, 200.00 feet; THENCE South 76 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds West, 141.90 feet to the westerly side of Paradise Point Road; THENCE South 24 degrees 53 minutes 20 seconds West along the westerly side of Paradise Point Road, 204.35 feet to the ,corner first above mentioned and the point or place of BEGINNING. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 5/30/72 and recorded on 6/12/72 in Liber 7176 page 183.
