point on the southerly line of the property of Richard L. Hammel as
conveyed by Hazel Conlan to Richard L. Haanmel, recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office on May 10, 1949, in Liber 2947 page 87, thence
westerly along said southerly line of the property of Richard L.Hammel
68 feet, thence northerly along the property of Richard L.Hmn el 155
feet to the point or place of beginning.
