17th, 1925, Hled in the office of the Cleri of the County of 6uffolk
on October 5th, 1925, under map number 212, together with all the
right title and interest of, in and to that portion of the road shown
on said sap to the center line thereof in front of and adjacent to
said premises, subject to the right of other owners on said map to
pass over and use the same, subject, however, to covenants and re-
strictions of record.
