ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements therein erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of t7attituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known as lot No. 7 and the westerly side of let No. 6 on a certain map entitled 'heap of Salt Lake Village, Mattituck, Long Island", prepared by Otto H. Van Tuyl, C.E., filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office May 10, 1940 as Map No. 1310, the said westerly side of said lot 'To. b being all that parcel of land in said lot No. 6 lying west of a line drawn parallel to the easterly line of lot No. 6 at a point on Old Salt .Road, $0 feet west of the easterly line of said lot No. 6. BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantors by deed from Frank Richards, dated November 21, 1945 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 23 day of November/ 1945, in Liber 2$07 of Deeds page 318, and by deed dated May 8, l9µ7, from Emily fll. Richards to the grantors, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 17, 1947, in Liber 2716 of Deeds,page 1111.. TOCF:-RYR with all t h, right, title and interest of the grantors of, in and to the roads in front of and adjoining said premises to the teeter line of said roads. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the grantors in and to Lots No.. 27 and No. 28 on "Map of property of Lida Bartley, Mattituck, L.I.", which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on July 27, 1922 under number 770, as are included in the extension of Old Salt Road from the north line of Salt Lake Village to Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place), subject to a right of way of other owners of numbered lots on the said map of Salt Lake Villap, and property to the north and west thereof, over the same, and together with a right of way over Salt Lake Lane (some- times called Rochelle Place) to Bay Avenue. TOGETHER with the right of ingress and egress between said lots and Salt Lake Lane (sometimes called Rochelle Place) over the roads and extensions on said map, and subject to the right.of ingress and egress granted, or that may hereafter be granted, to other owners. of numbered lots on said map, and together with a rigytof way over the path as shown on said map from Old Salt Road to Salt Lake Village Beach, and to the use of said beach in common with other lot owners for bathing and boating.
