Overton, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 5/13/1914 as Map Number 612 which said lots when taken together are SECTION bounded and described as follows: 063.00 BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Tucker's Lane distant 104.5 feet BLOCK westerly from the westerly side of Main Road; 05.00 RUNNING THENCE North 66 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds West along the northerly side of Tucker's Lane a distance of 150.00 feet to the division line between lots 4 and LOT 5 on said map; 006.000 RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 23 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 200 feet to land now or formerly of Frederick R. Manweiller; J THENCE South 66 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds East along last mentioned land 150 feet to land now or formerly of George and Catherine Erath; THENCE South 23 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds West along last mentioned land 200 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid- eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentpre so requires.
