Long Id.and," surveyed April 1921 by J. W. Wells, Civil
Engineer, Setauket, L. I. and filed In the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York on May 10, 1921
under file #745. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same pre-
mises conveyed to Mabel Schmitt by Egbert E. Smith and
wife by deed dated June 19, 1941 and. recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York _
in Liber 2251 of Deeds.st Page 325 on the 10th day of
September 1942,
Parcel 2- Lot known and designated as lot #25 an a
certain map entitled "Map of Lots located.at Mattltuck,
Long Island, property of William B. Codling, Northport,
Long Island," surveyed April. 1921 by J. W. Wells, Civil
Eng;neer, Setauket, L. I. and filed In the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York on May 10, 1921
under file #745. BEI14G AND INTENDED TO BE the same pre-
mises conveyed to Mabel Schmitt by George H. Tyrrell and
Dorothy N. Tyrrell by deed dated August,31, 1945 and.
recorded inthe office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk,
New York in Liber 2480 of Deeds at Page 28 on September 6,
1945.

on the map of "Tollewood" at Mattltuck, L.I., N.Y., sur-
veyed by Daniel R. Young, C.E., P.E., and L.S., New York
State License 1404, on May 17, 1926, and which said map
Is filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, New York on the 25th day of January. 1927, under
file numoer 175. Said parcel Is more particularly des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at a point 122.0 feet south X

thence running In a southerly direction Darallel with
the ea.:terly aide of Illinois Avenue for a distance of
12:.0 feet; thence 1n an easterly direction along the
northerly side of Lot #24 for a distance of 54.08 feet;
thence in a northerly direction along the westerly side
of Lot #39 for a diet once of 121.0 feet; thence in a
westerly direction parallel to the southerly side.of
Meday Avenue for a distance of 53.85 feet to the point
of beginning. BEING AND INTEMDED TO DE the same pre-
mises conveyed to Mabel Schmitt by Dorothy M. Wertenberg
by deed dated March 14, 1936, recorded 1n the office of

Parcel 4- The Southerly half of lot known as Lot #41
on a certain map called Map of "Tollewood," Mattituck,
L.I., and filed at the County Clerk's Office at River-
head, L.I. January 25th, 1927, under file.#175; and being
more particularly described as: beginning at a point on
the easterly side of Illinois Avenue, 123.0 feet south
of the intersection of the southerly side of Meday Avenue
with the easterly side of Illinois Avenue, and running
south along the easterly aide of Illinois Avenue for a
distance of 123.0 feet. Thence running in an easterly
direction along the northerly side of Lot #25 for a dis-
tance of 54.08 feet, Thence running in a northerly
direction along the westerly side of Lot #40 for a dis-
tance of 122.0 feet. Thence running in a westerly direction
parallel to the southerly aide of Meday Avenue for a dis-
tance of 53.85 feet to the point of beginning. BEING AND
INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Mabel Schmitt
by W. H. Nertenberg anii Paul Schmitt by deed dated February 13,
1937, recorded 1n the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk, New York in Liber 1908 of Deeds at Page 3 on
February 17, 1937.
Said four parcels when taken together are bounded
and described as follows: On the North 107.70 feet by
the Northerly halves of Lots #40 and #41 now owned by
Allen Cox; on the East 373.67 feet partly by Lot #39 and
partly by Lot #23; on the South 105.64 feet by Westphalia
Road and on the West 367 feet by Illinois Avenue,
