This Indenture made theplf day of
January, 1950,
Between STEPHANIE BONKOSKI, an incompetent
person, of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, by
ELLIS T. TERRY, her committee, of 214 Fishel Avenue, Riverhead,
Suffolk County, New York, party of the first part; and JOHN P.
KRUPSKI, STANLEY W. KRUPSKI, WALTER J. KBUPSKI and VINCENT J.
] y` KBBPSKI9 all residing at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York,
parties of the second part,
Now, therefore, this indenture witnesseth
that said Stephanie Bonkoski, an incompetent, by Ellis T. Terry,
her committee, in consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand
Fifty (420,050.00) Dollars, to said Ellis T. Terry, as such
committee in hand paid by the parties of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has -bargained, sold, grant d
and released, and by these presents does bargain, sell, grant and
release to the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns
forever, all the title and interest of said incompetent, of, in
and to -- all that tract or parcel of land with the buildings
thereon, at Oregon, aforesaid, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded southerly by the Oregon
North Road; Easterly by land of May E. Hamilton, 442 feet;
Northerly by land of May E. Hamilton, 174 feet; again Easterly
by land of said May E. Hamilton, 1765,9 feet; and again Easterly
by land of said May E. Hamilton, 1191,8 feet as said points and

line designated by the two Northerly iron pipes set down as bounds
to the Long Islind Sound, then bounded Northerly by the Long

containing by estimation 35 acres, by the sane more or less,
