BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the northwest corner of the
promisee of the party of the first part as contained in deed from Walter
C. Grabie and others dated December 17, 1948 and recorded in Suffolk
County Clark's Office on January 8, 1949 in liber 2911 of deeds page 375
and adjoining land of the party of the second part S. 250 541 5011 E.
76.07 feet to a concrete monument and other land of the party of the
second part; running thence along said land of the party of the second
part N. 770 071 40" East 56.0 feet to other land of the party of the
first part; running thence along said land of the party of the first
part N. 250 541 50- W. 85.32 feet to land formerly of Sohn Monahan, now
Edward Slags, and wife; running thence along said land of Slaga and also
land of Mattituck park District S. 670 371 40e W. 54.64 feet to the Con-
orete monument and place of beginning.
IT BEING UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED between the parties hereto, however,
that the party of the second pert shall not have a right of way or ease-
ment of necessity across the lands of the party of the first part from
the premises herein conveyed to the Main Road and that the party of the
second part shall gain ingress to and egress from said premises to the
