GELHAUS,his wife, residing at mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, parties of the second part, WNEREAS, Marine Associates,Ltd., a New York Corporation, formerly owned certain premises near Mattituck Inlet, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, and said lands.and premises were sold by the County Treasurer of Suffolk County for unpaid taxes and the party of the first part acquired a tax deed thereon dated May 17, 1940s recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on May 20, 1940 in Liber 2100 of Deeds, at Page 530, and WHEREAS, Marine Associates,Ltd. is currently executing a correction dead to the parties of the second part for a parcel of land which included the premises so squired by the party of the first part and is releasing to the parties of the second part and extinguishing the right of way or easement. NOIVOTBEREFORE, to confirm said correction deed and said extinguishment of easement the party of the first part, in con- sideration of One.Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration, paid by the parties of the second part to the party of the first part. does hereby grant and release to the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever ALL that parcel of land situate at Mattitack Inlet, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows=; PARCEL 1: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly boundary line of property shown on a map entitled "Subdivision vh of properties of the Old Mill Haven Company, East of Mattituck Creek, Mattituok,N.Y." and filed In the office of the Suffolk County Clerk; said monument being S. 700 111 20" W. 442.68 feet; thence S. 710 411 00" W. 116.94 feet; thence S. .810 251 50" W. tw,3M rsa366 123.10 feet; thence S. 780 18'- 40- W. 114.29 feet along said boundary line from a.concrete monument set at the southeasterly corner of said property, as shown on said map, at the inter- section of said southerly boundary line with the westerly line of Reeve Avenue; from said point of beginning running along _ land of Doris M. Cramer by deed dated April 8, 1932, and recorded in said office May 21, 1932 In Liber 1651 of Deeds, at Page 30, affecting premises near Mattituck Inlet, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York,it being the intention of the party of the first part to release and grant any interest it so acquired so as to extinguish the said same as if / deed had not been given,but retaining its rights over said roads otherwise acquired except as released by deed dated March 16, 1950.
