Y." and filed in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk; said monument being S. 700 11' 20" W. 442.68 feet; thence S. 710 41' 00" W. 116.94 feet; thence S. 810 25' 50" W. 123.10 feet; thence S. 780 18' 40" W. 114.29 feet along said boundary line from a concrete monument set at the southeasterly corner of said property, as shown on said map, at the Intersection of said southerly boundary line with the westerly line of Reeve Avenue; from said point of beginning running along land of Doris M. Reeve, and passing through a concrete monument set 235.25 feet along this course from the initial point of said course S. 500 531 50" W. 368.26 feet; thence along land now or formerly of Old Mill Haven Co., Inc., N. 490 49' 40a W. 1?,9.48 feet to the southwesterly corner of lot 1 as shown on said map; thence along said lot 1, as shown on said map, 5 courses as follows: (1) on a curve to the right, having a radius of 135.0 feet, a distance along said curve of 123.70 feet; thence (2) on a curve to the right, having a radius of 74.0 feet, a distance along said curve of 92.02 feet; thence (3) on a curve to the right, having a radius of 224.0 feet, a distance along said curve of 62.55 feet; thence (4) on a curve to the right, having a radius of 900.0 feet, a distance along said curve of 66.75 feet; thence (5) on a curve to the left, having a radius of 564.0 feet, a distance along said curve of 67.89 feet; thence along other land of the party of the first part S. 850 OOt E. 160.0 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to Harborview Avenue and South Lagoon Lane lying adjacent Ito said premises to the center lines thereof respectively and a right of way over South Lagoon Lane and continuing to the Creek and Old Mill Raven dock as now located on the easterly side of the channel or creek on the land of the party of the first part with the right to the use and enjoyment of said dock. This is a correction deed intended to correct a deed between the same parties, dated June 21 1939, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office on June 5, 1939 in Liber 2043 of Deeds at Page 266, in which deed the above premises were incorrectly described.
