Introduction: All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee. ( The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a comprehensive written list of its requested revisions. New Applications: • 8 HANDS FARM SCTM#:1000-96-2-10.1 Tom Geppel,Property Owner and Brian Cummings,Town Planner presented the project for the proposed of a 60'x120' (7,200sq.ft.) metal barn on a 25.69 acre Town of Southold Development Rights parcel and the conversion of an existing 4,200sq.ft. barn to a farm stand on the adjacent 1.84 acre reserved parcel that includes a two-story dwelling in the A-C Zone. The Committee reviewed the proposed project and recommends the following: Any proposed outdoor lighting to be Dark Sky compliant. The Committee suggests that the roof on the proposed building be more compatible in color with the existing roofs within the area which are green in order to create a sense of unity in lieu of the proposed red roof. The Committee suggests that the proposed fence running parallel to Cox Lane be continued southerly to abut the northeast corner of the existing barn,with or without a non-pedestrian locked gate. Motion made and seconded. All in favor. • RICHARD CORAZZINI SCTM#: 1000-84-1-32.1 Bill Kelly of Morton Buildings, and Brian Cummings,Town Planner presented the project for a 6,000sq.ft. addition to an existing 3,150sq.ft. building for office space and storage on a 6.8 acre parcel in the L.I. Zoning District. The Committee approves the application as submitted. Motion made and seconded. All in favor. A motion was made and seconded to close the meeting at 5:00PM.
