Introduction: All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee. The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a comprehensive written list of its requested revisions. New Applications: • VINEYARD 48 SCTM#:1000-96-4-4.3 Patricia C. Moore,Esq., applicant's attorney and Alyxandra Sabatino,Town Planner presented the project for the proposed construction of a 40'x100' pole barn pavilion with two walls, a re-design of the existing parking areas, and the addition of an over-flow parking area with 100 parking spaces. Existing on site are a 2,032sq.ft. tasting room; a 320sq.ft. accessory retail store; a 1,480sq.ft. office; a 3,000sq.ft. storage building; and 11.3 acres of grape vines on 14.9 acres in the A-C Zoning District. The Committee reviewed the proposed project and recommends the following: Change the proposed rectangular windows to fixed double-glaze square (' ! windows, centered on each wall section. `,� — The use of the maximum sound insulation possible within the walls of the proposed structure. The proposed overflow parking area is to be dedicated to an overflow parking area only, not to be used as a future location for any tents. - The Committee recommends adding to the site plan; the specific quantity and location of all the seasonal port-a-potties and adding landscape screening around the designated area. With regards to additional landscape screening on the property, please refer to the attached planting plan prepared by the Architectural Review Committee on May 16, 2013. The Committee approves the application with the above recommendations. Motion made and seconded. All in favor. A motion was made and seconded to close the meeting at 5:30PM.
