Introduction: All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee. The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a comprehensive written list of its requested revisions. Revisited Applications: • BREWER YACHT YARD @ STERLING HARBOR SCTM#:1000-36-1-1 Jesse Gaffga, Marina Manager and the applicant's agent, Bruce Anderson of Suffolk Environmental Consulting, Inc., presented the project for the proposed demolition of (3) existing buildings and the construction of a one-story 50'x50' frame office/storage building and a 90'x100' metal storage building to be built contiguously along with additional bulkhead work in the M-II Zoning District, Greenport. , The Committee reviewed the proposed project again after receiving the additional information that was requested at the July 18, 2013 meeting. Given the new information submitted, the Committee approves the application. Motion made and seconded. All in favor. New Applications: • JOINT INDUSTRY BOARD OF ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES SCTM#:1000-83-2-17.3 Dan Butler, Architect presented the project for an amended site plan for the proposed construction of a 30' x 50' (1500sf) open air-covered roof accessory pavilion and drainage on 16.6acres in a RR/AC split zoning district, Cutchogue. The Committee approves the application as submitted. Motion made and seconded. All in favor. • RATSO, LLC SCTM# 1000-52-5-58.2 Colin Ratsey, owner presented the project for amended site plan for a proposed 18' x 50' (900 sq. ft.) office addition to an existing 3,200 sq. ft. building with 32 parking stalls in the Light Industrial zoning district, Greenport.
