Minutes

The minutes for the March 20, 2014 meeting were approved.
Introduction:
All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials
samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee.
The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion
with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the
Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for
that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together
with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a
comprehensive written list of its requested revisions.
New Applications:
• PECONIC LANDING AMENDED

Charles Cuddy, Esq. and Mario J. Tesoriero,RA from Perkins Eastman Architects PC
presented the amended site plan for a proposed construction of two new buildings at
Peconic Landing, an existing continuing care retirement community. One building is an
87,426sq.ft. apartment building with 46 apartments and a parking garage, and the other
is a 35,543sq.ft. nursing home with 33 beds; and including a reconfiguration of the
parking lot on 144 acres in the Hamlet Density Zoning District, Greenport.
The Committee reviewed the proposed project and approves the application as
submitted today.

Daniel Butler, Architect from Jeffrey Butler Architects presented the amended site plan
for the proposed construction of a 32'x24' (640sq.ft.) pool cabana with two (2) pergolas at
14'x20', storage and attached changing rooms with no plumbing on 8.8 acres in the
Marine II Zoning District, Mattituck.
The Committee reviewed the proposed project and approves the application as
submitted today.
