Introduction: All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings,exterior materials samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee. The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes,and be made part of the Planning file for that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations,together with all comments from other agencies,and provide the applicant with a comprehensive written list of its requested revisions. New Applications: • N+L PROPERTIES,LLC SCTM#:1000-73-2-4 Brian Cummings,Town Planner presented the application for the proposed construction of an 8,635sq.ft.building for the purpose of a private wine-making facility on a 31.07 acre parcel in the A-C&R-80 Zoning Districts. The Committee reviewed the proposed project and is tabling the application due to a discrepancy with the proposed plans. The Committee is requesting a resubmission of the"Title Page” rendering of the proposed structure with an accurate scaled drawing of what is currently being proposed which is to include the proposed colors of the exterior. Motion made and seconded. All in favor. - 1 - • ATT&T/NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS SCTM#1000-63-1-10 @ 1040B HORTONS LANE Brian Cummings,Town Planner presented the application for the proposed construction of a 75'high wireless telecommunications monopole to include six (6) AT&T panel antennas and two (2) empty 10' sections for possible future co-location(all concealed within the pole),along with 300sq.ft. proposed within an existing building for associated ground equipment on 6.9 acres in the Light Industrial Zoning District,Southold. The Committee approves the application as submitted today. The Committee would also like to comment that if the applicant chooses to increase the proposed monopole to 95' in height,the Committee would have no objection. Motion made and seconded.
