We are currently looking to put the property up for sale. Prior to listing,we have been advised that it would be beneficial to have a field visit/pre-submission inspection advising us on the following: 1) is it permissible to bring clean "fill"onto the property surrounding the house (similar to that of our neighbor to the north); 2) is it permissible to bring clean "fill" onto the property between the higher elevation property surrounding the house and the beach; and 3) is it permissible to build a "cat-walk" between the higher elevation property surround the house and the beach? Enclosed is a survey of the property as well as a$50.00 check covering inspection fee costs. Also, please accept this letter as granting permission to access the property as necessary to allow requested inspection. If you could return the original survey to us in the enclosed self-addressed stamped envelope, it would be appreciated.
