I recently sent a request for an inspection of vacant property that Lown (tax
map # 473889 67.-7-71) which adjoins our residence at 2265 Mill Lane,
Peconic. The purpose is to determine if it is a wetland area and to what
extent overgrown brush and vegetation can be removed.
called and spoke to Mr. Bredemeyer. As per his instructions, I am
forwarding this letter to inform the Board that I have authorized Chris Mohr
of Chris Mohr Landscaping to act on my behalf and represent me when
meeting with Board officials to complete the inspection. In addition, I have
attached a copy of a survey that outlines the area that we are considering
for brush removal.

We have a section of our property located at 2265 Mill Lane, Peconic that
is overgrown with brush. We contacted a landscaper, Chris Mohr, for an
estimate to clear the area. He requested that we have a representative
from the Town visit the site to determine whether or not the section is
considered a wetland which would impact on our efforts to remove the
vegetation.
Town administration requested a fee of $50.00 be forwarded to schedule
this inspection. Please advise if any further action on our part is required. `
