Avenue, and running south along the easterly side
of Illinois Ave,ue for a distance of 123,0 feet;
thence running easterly parallel with the southerly
side ofMaday Avenue for a distance of 53.95 feet
to the westerly side of Lot No. 40; thence in a
northerly direction alone the westerly side of
Lot No. 40 for a distance of 122,0 feet to the
southerly side of Meday Avenue; thence west along
the southerly side of Meday Avenue for a distance
of 53.62 feet to the place of beginning; together
with the buildings and improvements thereon.

Meday Avenue 53.62 feet east of the easterly side
of Illinois Avenue, .and running south along the

122,0 feet; thence running in an easterly direction '
