Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the curved southwesterly line of Deep Hole
Drive, said point being 38.3( feet souths rly alone the are of said
curved southwesterly line from the initial point of said curve, said
curve having a radius of 33C feet; from said 0

southerly along said curved southwesterly line of Deco Hole Drive a
distance of 41.0 feet; thence along other land of the parties of the
first part S. 610 02� 00^ W. 265 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high
water mark of Deep tole Crack; thence no_'tLe rly along said ordinary high
water mark of Deep Hole Creel, 58 feet, more or less; thence along other
land of the parties of the first part N. 640 52' 10" E. 260 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
TOGEHiER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to that portion of Deep Hole Drive, adjacent
to said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part, of, in and to waters and the land under water of Deep
Hole Creek lying in front of and adjoining the above described premises.
SUBJECT to the following covenants and restrictions:
1. That the purchasers shall not erect or pem:it to be erected

2. That no dwelling erected thereon shall. cost less than 430001

manner of things which will be a nuisance, unwholesome Or offensive to

6. NO signs of any kind shall be erected, e;,ccpt those erect,
with the permission of tiie parties of the first part herein.
7. No fences or hedges shall be ere,ted or allowed which are
over 3 feet 6 inches in height.
The foregoing reservations and restrictions are to run with the lan
and shall be binding upon the purchasers, their hairs, executors and
assigns until Tannery 1, 1960, except, however, that the parties Of the
first part reserve the right to change, alter or amend the reservations
in whole Or in part as they may from time to time see fit.
