South 45 deg. 05t Siest along lands of James H. Rambo and Margaret
Rambo a distance of 189 feet, more or less, to lands of George L.Penay;
thence running northwesterly along said lands of George L.Penny, 102
feet, more or less, to a point; thence running northerly on'a line at
right angles to ',Westphalia Avenue 130 feet, more or less, to the
southerly line of ''Westphalia Avenue; thence running easterly along the southerly line of Westphalia Avenue 176.21 feet to the point:or
